When does Nolechek’s ship orders?
Orders ship from our store every week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
What is the deadline each day to ship?
Orders received by 10a are typically sent the same day.
When can I expect delivery of my package?
Orders are shipped so packages are delivered on or before Friday of the same week. Orders placed mid-week are held and shipped the following Monday, should the delivery time frame allow for delivery by Friday.
How are orders packaged to ensure product stays cold?
Orders are shipped using Styrofoam coolers inside a corrugated box, along with frozen gel packs. Our goal is for your product to arrive at your doorstep in the same condition it would be if you purchased it in our retail store.
How does Nolechek’s calculate shipping?
Shipping charges are based on merchandise total and applicable zone of the ‘ship to’ address.
What information does Nolechek’s require for delivery?
All orders must have a complete and accurate shipping address, including the recipient’s phone number. Nolechek’s is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
What if I have a street address and a post office box?
We always require the ‘ship to’ street address. If available, please include the post office box number (P.O. Box), as the postal service is occasionally used, if delivery is faster.
What about APO, DPO, FPO addresses or only a P.O. Box address?
Unfortunately, we currently are unable to ship to APO (Army/Air Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. If you use a P.O. Box address, you MUST include a street address.
What do I do if I entered the wrong ‘ship to’ address?
Please contact Nolechek’s via email or phone immediately and we will be happy to make the correction.
When will I receive email notifications from Nolechek’s?
You will receive an email confirmation when:
1. Your order is placed.
2. The order is shipped.
3. The order is delivered.
Will I receive tracking information once my package is shipped?
Yes. You will receive tracking information with your shipment confirmation.
Why does Nolechek’s want my email address?
You will receive important updates regarding your shipment via email, including tracking information.
How does Nolechek’s handle substitutions?
We reserve the right to substitute product of equal or greater value if the original product ordered is unavailable. We will contact you with questions regarding the substitution.
How does Nolechek’s handle online security?
Our customer’s security when ordering online is a priority. We take all appropriate steps to secure sensitive information and never keep credit card information. We also utilize two step verification by requiring accurate credit card billing information and CVV information to be entered correctly.
Nolechek’s guarantees your order will arrive in satisfactory condition to the street address provided. We are not responsible if the address provided is incorrect or for packages that are not received by the addressee on the same day the package is delivered.
