Following are some questions we are frequently asked. If you don't find the answer to your question here or on our web site, please contact us and let us know.
- How will my meat be shipped to be sure that it is protected if the weather is hot?
- Nolechek's packages the perishable items in coolers with ice (picture on shipping information page)and uses either UPS 2-Day Air or 3-Day Select, depending on the destination. During extremely warm weather, you may wish to call and request that the package be shipped Overnight.
- Are there any special cooking instructions I need to follow in cooking your hams?
- Yes, and the following instructions will be sent with your hams:
Heating Instructions for Nolechek's Semi-Boneless Hams:
- Heat oven to 300° to 325°
- Place ham, fat side up, in roaster, cover with foil
- Cover bottom of roaster with water
- Heat approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours (1 1/2 to 2 hours for Half Hams), removing foil for last 30 minutes (leave covered entire time for Half Hams)
- Basting is recommended during the cooking process
NOTE: Nolechek's hams are fully cooked and non-water added, So it is very important not to overcook.
- Do you have a store that we can visit?

- How can I place an order by mail rather than on line?
- Fill out the shopping cart just as if you were going to place an online credit card order. During the check-out process there will be an option to print out and send in (or fax) the form.
